Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Carrier Claims:
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, ReBerth Health & Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. -
Filing a Claim:
Any lost or stolen package must be reported and claimed directly with the shipping carrier using the provided tracking information. -
Customer Support Assistance:
While we are unable to replace or refund lost or stolen packages, we are happy to assist by providing carrier details or documentation needed to file a claim.
