Shipping & Tracking

Shipping Delays & Responsibility

    ReBerth Health & Skincare is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Incorrect Address:
    Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Customs & International Shipments (if applicable):
    International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

  • Carrier Claims:
    Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, ReBerth Health & Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • Filing a Claim:
    Any lost or stolen package must be reported and claimed directly with the shipping carrier using the provided tracking information.

  • Customer Support Assistance:
    While we are unable to replace or refund lost or stolen packages, we are happy to assist by providing carrier details or documentation needed to file a claim.
