    • Skin reactions or sensitivities

    • Delayed delivery

    • Unused or partially used products


Returns & Exchanges

  • No Returns or Exchanges on Products:
    Due to health, safety, and sanitation concerns, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare products.

  • Unopened Products:
    All skincare items are considered final sale. Returns or exchanges are not accepted, whether products are opened or unopened.


Damaged Products

  • Damaged Upon Arrival:
    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

  • How to Report Damage:
    Email us at info@reberth.net with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

  • Resolution:
    Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued.


Skin Reactions & Sensitivities

  • Customer Responsibility:
    Individual skin types and sensitivities vary. ReBerth Health & Skincare is not responsible for allergic reactions, irritation, or adverse skin responses.

  • Patch Test Recommendation:
    We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use of any product.

  • Medical Advice Disclaimer:
    Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs and consult a licensed healthcare professional or dermatologist.
